Duck with foot problem...HELP!

Hi, my best friend's duck has a problem with her foot and we were both wondering what it was.This is what it looks like:

It's not bumblefoot, we know that. But it looks almost like the skin is off? We put Neosporin on it and wrapped it and the duck is not limping or showing any signs that it is injured. Any help is appreciated!

Oh, that's odd. It shows on my computer let me try again. It might not work though... that's a bummer.

Still no pic but in the mean time, get some Epsom salt and start soaking her feet at least 1X a day 2X if you can, then put on the Neo and wrap, keep her in as clean an area as possible till healed to keep infection at bay. 1cup of ES to 1/2 of warm water.
