Thanks for that link to the surgical super glue. I went and put it in my rolling Amazon shopping cart to be purchased as soon as the cart has a few more items.

Me too. I seem to always have stuff in my cart 
You know, I think you can probably use regular super glue if you've got it. I don't know what the difference is and I'm thinking maybe just the price if they think they can get more if it's for surgical use. My husband was a charter fisherman and he always used regular old super glue on any cuts he got. Ok, so ya, I know they're all crazy but still, he never died or had a reaction from using it.
You can use regular super glue. The problem is the fumes. You need to try to protect the little patient from breathing them. They aren't great for you either. Use with good ventilation.

Thanks for all of the tips guys! She's doing much better today and I'm thinking it won't need glued - it's still attached pretty well. But I will be putting that glue in my Amazon cart! Also, glad for the burrito tip - as a Muscovy, her nails are insane!
I have some of the glue from Amazon coming in on Wed I'll let ya'll know if it has a strong smell.
I just found some dermabond in my freezer that I'd forgotten I had. So glad this thread came up!
Is this the glue? didn't know you could keep it in the freezer.
