Duck with injured foot

This duck is my friend's.He is 3 mounth .
He was close to fall down and when his owner wanted to save him , his feet pushed a little.
The joint is swollen and painful. She cranks her leg and does not like to put it down. Her legs are slightly better.
What suggestion do you have?

Wrap it and build a sling to take the weight off of it!

You can use a towel or a sheet to build it, it is your best bet to allow it to heal!

Agree to the sling, but that swollen leg is a concern.

If the leg feels warm to the touch it's an infection and if that infection has reached the bone the outlook is not good…
