Duck with necrotic vent/cloacal tissue PICTURES

Unfortunately with everything going on right now I don't think bringing her to the vet is an option. I have had hard in a separate pen and been putting bacitracin on daily. I just checked and took some new pictures.

Does anyone think it would be helpful to move her inside? Like I have some chicken diapers I could use on her so that I could keep it clean and from drying out...

Is she pooping okay? Only problem with diapers is then she’s going to have the poop right on that area. If you bring her inside I’d just keep her on clean old towels they can be shaken out and washed an reused.

Hey guys I had been doing Epsom salt soaks and left her in the bathtub all night for about a week. I made sure to pull away and dead tissue/poop from her vent and cover it with antibiotic ointment. It cleared up significantly and so I put her back with her girls hoping it would be completely resolved. Last week I checked on her and it looks the same as it did before so I've started the process over. She is still eating/drinking/acting normal.

Do you think I should try oral antibiotics?

Yes she has been laying! And I don't think there are any avian vets near me especially with the current pandemic I don't think it's an option. It look better than this when I put her back this afternoon. I will have someone help me to take a new photo tomorrow

After I peeled off the debris it looks like this. Then I covered it with bacitracin but she always tries to groom herself afterwards so I'm not sure how much stays on.
