Duck with stuck out wings

The ducks are around 11 weeks- got them on Halloween ( day old) - I noticed the wing about a week or so ago
Getting good pictures is hard , I hung out in their coop for awhile trying to get pics and every time I raised the camera they flocked to the other side. I got the ones above by taking pictures outside the coop and zooming in.
You can try wrapping the wing close to its body although the older they get the wrap won't work because the cartilage is not as soft.

Very nice article.

Here are a couple for follow up...

That one indicates too much feed (energy) in general.

I personally consider it at least partly genetic... otherwise why does the rest of the flock being fed exactly the same not experience it? Some individuals may absorb or process things more or less efficiently than others.

I fed my ducklings and ducks Purina flock raiser (20% protein), in addition to daily free range and never experienced angel wing YET. I don't do treats.

Out of curiosity... what are you feeding including treats and supplements?

Hopefully 1 week isn't to long for correction... I would try as suggested in the article you posted. :fl
