Ducking neck problem?

Hi!! I’m new here! I’m a new duck momma as well! I’ve had my little babes for about 10 weeks!
I have two runners
One Pekin &
One mallard!
I have no idea what sex they are! Lol
But I’m hoping y’all can help me.
My Pekin duck (Lucky) has a crooked neck! Now I was told to do the vitamin E.. but I never saw any changes. I do feed them chick starter. After reading so many post I’m now wondering if I should have/be giving them niacin?
Lucky (duck with crooked neck) is 9-10 weeks old and has so much personality. I love this duck.
Do any of you know if I were to start them on niacin.. if luckys neck could possibly get better?!

I really don't think his neck will straighten a lot since he has been this way for so long but I would get him one some liquid B complex asap. Get TSC in the cattle dept and start giving him 1 ml daily over a tasty treat so he get full dose. This can help strengthen muscles for sure. Please let us know how Lucky is doing and I think you will see a difference just aren't sure how much but I always hold out hope.

Thank you so much! I’ll get that ASAP. What do you think about the niacin? I don’t see any nutritional info on their feed. I’m using the purina brand. And online it doesn’t say anything about niacin.
What are your thoughts?
I too will hold out hope that something helps.. even though he/she is a very happy duck regardless.

That Duck is beyond the age of helping but if it's happy and doing good that's great news.

Still doesn't hurt to try the liquid b complex. It’s not expensive and may help some with muscle strength. Like I said can’t hurt to try. Chick crumbles doesn’t have adequate niacin in it so we substitute with other forms like Nutritional yeast or the liquid b complex when one already had a problem we go with the liquid b since it has niacin and all the other b’s that they can use. Purinas flock raiser crumble would be a good choice when raising ducklings it has the right amount of niacin
