Thanks for all the kind words! It gives me the warm and fuzzies to know that folks enjoy the live stream as much as I enjoy putting it together.

Update: The last duckling hatched with wry neck. Whipped up an electrolyte + vitamin solution yesterday afternoon and dosed a few drops. It seems to be doing better this morning, though may still need a shoe.

ETA: Next hatch in 1 week, and next bonspiel this weekend!

OH! I thought I used the term previously.. It's a curling tournament! This past weeked was a bonspiel and this coming weekend is another!

I think the little one will be okay. He's graduated from flopping about to actually walking, so I've moved him to the brooder.

You mentioned curling but didn't call it bonspiel . Hope you have a victory this time!

Wry neck duckling passed away while I was at work today. Not sure what his issue was but his neck was better and he was eating and drinking.

Oh sad, I'm so sorry! Are the others doing ok still I hope?

Out of the 7 eggs developed, 6 hatched. The first 4 went to their new home on Friday. One of the other two that hatched died, leaving me with one. Not ideal, but it won't be alone for long. Next hatch goes into lockdown tomorrow.
