Getting stuff out of the nostrils, especially when they are this small can be very tricky. Maybe try one of those infant suction bulb things.

A catheter tipped syringe might work too. Sometimes the pharmacy will put them with liquid prescription medications. I would think it would provide enough suction for doing this. This picture shows a 60cc but they come in 10cc because I've got one and its much easier to handle. You'd just pull back on the plunger and it should have enough pull to grab the food.

My duckling is clicking when it breathes and is breathing really heavily one of her sisters passed away doing the same thing it is falling asleep a ton also somebody help I don’t want her to die also!?!
