So much fun that I'm sitting here STILL talking with you all at 8:30 in the morning instead of making breakfast. It was lonely. That's my theory & I'm sticking to it.
Yes, see, there you have it. It's too much fun sitting here jabbering!!!![]()

I felt yucky today, so after getting the key stuff done at work I went home a little early and napped. Then up at 6:30p to do the waterers - just back in. It only went to 94F today, but more humid. Still, it felt downright cool compared to this weekend.
Heading out in a minute to double check the auto doors and ensure the birds are all inside...

Ugh. Sorry for ya. It was nice all day here only 75 at the highest. Spent all day outside with the ducks and cleaning up duck stuff I've been putting off for a while. Lol they are all tucked in and tuckered out now!
I seem to always have cleaning/tidying to do...

You have Heidi away?? Shame. She's probably in a corner sobbing now.The chicken looks yummy. Was it??
75 is pushing the upper levels for habitation. Glad it didn't get too darn hot.
I never seem to have cleaning or tidying to do, I married a woman to do that crap..
A grosser set of pictures might exist somewhere, but I doubt it.
I gave my house chick away yesterday. Heidi is now in a new home....

Awww, how cute... My former house chick still cries for me and comes running if he sees me. Don't have time to play nursemaid though, so he's left alone more than he wants to be. Poor thing. She is happy. I gave her to the gal that took the turkey and made it into a house turkey..She said the turkey needed a friend.. I am sure Heidi will be spoiled rotten..
I was amazed "Heidi" sat in my arms and let me hold her for 20 minutes, napping most the time. I think she remembers being cuddled, she seemed to enjoy it.
Wheaties...breakfast of champions. 'Nuf said.![]()
