Here Is Duckling #1 !! I can't tell what color they will be, all 3 of them have like a slate grey with a hint of buff on there chest !! They kind of remind me of Blue Swedish.

Look Blue Swedish to me too. Time will tell once they get their feathers. Sure is pretty. How are they doing?

They are doing great they are sleeping a lot. Duckling 3 hatched sometime early this morning. It's just fascinating how a Buff duck female and a Cayuga male can produce such beautiful little ducklings.

Mixing breeds like that can really make some adorable ducklings, And you get the best of both breeds too.

I wanted to teach my friends daughters the circle of life. I just put them under a broody hen of theirs just to see if they even would hatch, and they did !!
