From what I've read it can take ducklings up to 48 hours... but I have not had experience with this yet personally.

I've got my fingers crossed for a successful hatch of these babies! :hugs Looking forward to more pics!

How long have yours took? These are big eggs! I've been hearing lots of peeping and seeing LOTS of movement!

Oooo that's very promising! I am actually about to have my first duck hatching adventure. Just remember that it can take them a good deal of time from their first pip... and most times intervention is not necessary.

I've read horror stories of attempted interventions going terribly wrong because it wasn't time just yet!

By the sounds of things, you've done everything right for them that you can... I imagine this part is so hard to wait thru, but I'm sure you'll have pics of zipped shells and new ducklings any day now!

Oh! What breed so you have? The ducklings really want out of their egg! They keep shaking their eggs and moving the eggs by them! Their little peeps are so sweet to hear! I will not help them hatch in less I really needed to!
