I really disagree with attempting to aspirate. There are birth defects that have fluid on the brain, but that may or may not be whats going on with it, and I think you might do more harm than good. It could be brain tissue, fluid or any number of things and the risk of infection to the brain is very high, especially if you inadvertdantely puncture the membrane around the brain itself. Why don't you try an on phone consultation with an avian vet? I call my vet all the time and get advice for all kinds of things.
 
No real update it is the exact same as it was yesterday. I am feeding it some boiled egg whites to keep up its energy. Every time I go in and check on it it is flat on it's back. I am going to get two pieces of cardboard and stick them along the sides and wrap it up to try to get it to stay in a normal position.
