Crowing
So one of my ducklings pipped internally yesterday around noon I’m guessing and I decided to check on her since I’m using a homemade incubator and I noticed that she’s still in the exact same way she was yesterday with just the tip of her bill in the air sac and it doesn’t look like she’s made any progress at all whatsoever, plus I haven’t heard any cheeping. where she pipped is right against the shell and I’m wondering if I should maybe make a tiny hole in the shell and check on her to make sure she’s not too big to hatch on her own or that there’s something wrong since she is a cross bred of a white crested hen and a blue Swedish drake. She is alive, I can see her moving her bill a bit. Any experienced hatchers got any tips or advice for me? This is my first time doing this with ducks and I’d greatly appreciate the help
