dont have to peel heaps, just enough to see whats happening through membrane, its got to absorb the blood majority of it. Quails are worse to help, normal if they start bleeding die few days later im finding

Like, I can see blood vessels through the shell but they look thin and not thick but not like hair thin but definitely thinner than they were and the membrane where the air cell is is completely white and dry looking almost

does it have any space? can it breathe properly, just make its air hole bigger then leave check up another 2 hours. apply coconut oil, you can peel more back later on

I wouldnt peel it back, if its white and dry that's not good. Put some melted coconut oil over the membrane, just wipe it over gently and it will moisten it. Then check for veins. A picture would help us to see the situation
