Duckling identification...

[Kahoku]

I went to TSC on 7.25.19 and picked up 2 mystery ducklings. Sometimes they stand really upright like Indian Runner's then other times they walk low and centered. Their bills are a mauve color and feet are a golden yellow. They are just over 2 weeks old now. Just curious as to what my little gems are gonna look like. The picture with "Butchie" standing upright was taken this past Thursday. The one with "Tape" walking was taken today.

My niece named "Butchie" and wanted a tan or brown duck. I named "Tape" after she hurt her leg and had to be splinted. Can't even tell she was hurt now. Anyway I hope your right, my niece will be very happy.

I bought some babies from TSC on July 25 and they look just like your babies too. They dont typically stand straight up and two have spots at the very tip of their beaks. I was told that they were Pekin ducklings but I'm pretty sure they are not. Especially since they have this really pretty color starting to come by their wings. Hoping to get a better idea of what they are here soon.

I do they stand up straight an tall. I know TSC gets in Fawn an White hopefully that’s what you have. I like your water set up too an your brooder.

Thank you! I was kinda hoping they would be Buffs, especially since they tend to stay down and not stand tall. Especially with the color that is coming in on all four of them.

Wow! Just looked at Runner colors under the sticky topics, I didn't realize that they had so many colors!

Their body build looks like a runner so I think that is what you have! They are very cute!
