Sorry, feel the urge to say that: »IdealPoultry did it again!« @Magnolia Ducks and i have had not so good experiences with them, i will definitely not buy from them again ever. Black Swedish ducks instead of Magpies, small package and two of the ducks have developed a limp without any obvious reason. And your thread is not the first one reporting issues with their ducklings. 
As for your ducklings, you are correct: Ducklings have more issues during hatching that chicks. Once they're out, ducklings are pretty tough cookies. Keep'em warm and well fed and they should be ok. Just do what the others have recommended to safe as many 'lings as you can and call that "hatchery"…
