Please help. His chest has a bit of a lump on one side which to be honest has been there a while but a few minutes ago as he was eating I also noticed him having difficulty breathing. I took away his food and encouraged him to drink water, and tried massaging from his neck to his belly. His breathing is okay now but he's also been moving his head and neck oddly.

Here's another one that shows the lopsidedness better. Taken a few minutes after the first videos. The lopsidedness is much worse than I often see it-- usually its barely noticeable, if at all.
He's about two weeks old and a khaki campbell/ welsh harlequin mix, if that helps. His behavior is normal besides the neck movement which has since (its been a few minutes stopped, but he keeps shaking his head. My biggest concern is the lump in his chest (crop?)

Happened right after he started to very enthusiastically eat food. It wasn't much food, though. He also pooped and it was much drier than usual, but I don't know if that's relevant.

The dry feed didn't go down his throat very well, so he's trying to move his neck around (adjust it). To get it down. You can gently move your fingers along his neck, and push down any big feed crumbles that may be stuck, but the best thing would be to just leave him be, provide plenty of water, and he should be able to get everything down. Consider moistening the feed slightly for easier eating.

Thank you!!! He's doing alright now and I'll keep this in mind in the future
