I have a three-week-old female duclair duckling that, out of nowhere, completely lost its ability to walk. It stumbles around completely off balance and occasionally flips itself over when going for food and water and can't seem to get itself back up when it tries to. We currently feed it all flock feed with supplement from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C6X65L2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details). Any ideas?

Probably needs more niacin than it’s getting from the supplement. Can you pick up some Vitamin B complex? We have found it works the best and fastest if a niacin deficiency. Are you sure it’s eating and drinking good? Sounds like it may not be. We haven’t a clue why there maybe one duckling out of many that ends up with a niacin deficiency but it happens. I suggest all your ducklings be given either the B complex or Nutritional yeast over feed. Def b complex for this one have issues. Giving over something like meal worms just small amount so you know your little one gets a full 1 ml dose daily.

Could you post a video of the duckling walking, and also video the panting?
The niacin supplement you're currently using contains nearly 2mg of niacin per scoop which is quite low. Since you are raising Duclairs, which are a heavier duck breed, you might try and switch over to a high potency niacin supplement, and hopefully, you'll see improvement.
If you are in the U.S, this product will work well and can be found at most feed stores in the livestock section. You can refer to Miss Lydia's post for dosing.

There are a wide variety of conditions that can cause the symptoms you're seeing, but considering a niacin deficiency is the most common culprit of leg problems in ducks, it would be worth treating for that first.
Keep us posted on how your duckling does.
