Duckling making a popping sound

Two days ago I noticed my one Indian Runner ducklings started making a popping sound when breathing/peeping.Its acting fine eating,drinking,and playing from what I can tell and its almost 2 weeks old.Should I take it to the vet?It doesn't do it everytime it breathes or peeps only every once and awhile.Its almost like a hiccup.Its gotten a little more frequent,but its still not constant.I moved them into a better venilated area incase that was the issue,not that their area wasn't venilated before,but this one is better.

I would worry, if you live in a warm area, that it might be gape worms.

She's fine now.I ended up taking her and my other one two the vet They think it was just a minor infection so they put both of them on antibiotics.Tomorrow will be their last day of the medicine.

I'm so glad too!Now they are trying to quack,so that's the only noise I'm hearing now.

Thanks for posting this . . . it helps when people are looking for answers for their ducks. Good to know. I haven't heard a popping sound from mine. Sometimes a crackling sound if they eat a hickory nut.
