Duckling making popping sound

The smaller of my 2 call ducklings has been making a strange popping sound for a couple of days. Duckling is bright and alert. Growing well and acting like a normal duckling. Just makes a strange popping sound when he/she breathes. Lungs sound normal, and the other duckling doesn't have this. They can properly clean their bills and drink. I thought it had gone away yesterday, but I noticed it again today.

Can you get some un pasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar, add some to their water they will duck their heads in it and also drink it. if something is going on it may help clear it up 1 Tab to 1 gallon of water. as long as it is acting normal I wouldn't be too concerned but I'd still keep a close eye on it, when tiny things can change fast.
