Tomorrow you should call Metzers and ask them what they think this can be. I know they lose their down as they mature but I don't believe it's this fast.

Only other thing I can think of is someone or more than one is nibbling on her.

He head fits into the waterer your using with out scarping the sides and bottom right?

Your water source isn't deep enough. Ducklings need a water source that is deep enough to dunk their whole head in. They can't get their heads in far enough to flush their nares. They also need water in order to swallow feed, so keeping the feed close to the water makes eating easier for them.

Provide grit...They are possibly eating the shavings..Feed and water at all times prevents the shavings being eaten..

I have grit. Free range and I put some in their feed. I am changing their bedding from straw to large pine flake as soon as I am finished typing here.

They get nutritional yeast.
Their feed is >20% protein with added niacin. 24/7
Water has ACV added, 1 tablespoon per gallon. Water available 24/7.
I am changing their watere to an open system.
The get lettuce 1 time a day and either watermelon or tomatoe mixed in.
After the initial drop, temp is now a steady 95.

I check everything at least once or twice an hour.
I sit with them.
I talk to them.

Any other advice?
