Duckling pipped outside air cell, 17 hours ago. Assistance needed?

I just want yo add in case others read this to see what to do
When the baby misses the air cell the external pip take much longer
They still need the same time to absorb and you need to count that 24 internal time into the external 24-48 time frame this would bump the external time to 48-72 hours if missing the internal pip
Glad baby made it out :)

How is he today?
Much smaller than the first one, but doing fine. The membrane is almost all gone. Eaten by the older one, I guess. The bill is almost all healed. Thanks for your help!

I expect the membrane must have hardened when I opened to turn it. Either that or maybe clotting blood. At that point, intervention became necessary, I expect, but I'm wondering if it would not have been if I hadn't opened the brooder to turn the one that pipped outside the air cell. Exciting first hatch.
