Duckling pipping on wrong side of the egg - what to do?

Hi everyone, I put 10 duck eggs in my incubator. Out of them 3 were infertile, one had a crack so it died. There were 6 left, one duckie has hatched but there are three more hatching as well as 2 chickens scheduled for the same day.

This was an hour ago it has made more progress. In my last batch of eggs, I got some chicken eggs from 900 kilomtres away and 3 died trying to hatch upside down, but they never managed to pip.

Do I assist? Do I leave it? How do I avoid this in future? This duck egg was the most recently laid one that I put in the incubator, laid the day I put it in

Duck is pipping on wrong side only in your view. It is positioned such, so there is no other option for duckie. I would allow eggs to freely roll instead of being held in position. Maybe that may help egg unzip.
