That's what I thought... but it does have tiny seeds in it. My laborador and my yorkie attempt to eat it too. LolStrange they eat that......Too bad.
Apparently it does!!! Lol I have been informed that the cotton "snow" is from cottonwood trees, which falls EVERY June for about a week and a half. It doesnt have the consistancy of southern cotton.... it's like if a bunch of dandelion fuzz stuck together. My camera doesnt catch it falling very well, so I will try to find a stock photo.Ok, so cotton grows in Michigan???? I'd never would have thought that! Theres not even all that much cotton that grows in North Georgia where we live! I'm just trying to figure out how that's possible because the cotton that grows down in So. Ga and Alabama doesn't get "ripe" and cottony until fall!

I guess they're all over the US, but there is a dense population of them in the area.Oh my goodness are they native to your area?
