Duckling wing twitch?

Wobbles' little wing nubs are starting to grow (finally!) and I've noticed that starting today they twitch a lot, almost as if they're vibrating. It looks involuntary, but I'm not sure. Is this normal behavior, is this just the body's way of exercising the wing muscles in preparation for a growth spurt? I feel embarrassed for not knowing this and my clinic doesn't open until 8:00 tomorrow morning.
