Duckling with an eye problem- possibly an abrasion?

My duckling's eye is slightly smaller than the other eye and it also has a mark across it. There is a picture below of it. She keeps it closed most of the time but otherwise it doesn't seem to be bothering her and she's very healthy and active.

Should I do saline solution? How much salt? I don't want to further damage her eye by adding too much salt.

Ive also got a duckling with eye problems at the moment. Its 2 weeks old and I got her from Holderreads. Ive sent them an email asking if they would sujest something like drops to put in here eyes. As soon as I hear anyhting I will post it up for you.

Apparently she didn't have it at first, I think she must have cut her eye with her toenail when she was 2-3 wks old. She's 5 wks now. But I can't imagine why the eye is slightly smaller?

Anyone know how much salt for a saline solution? Or know if that really is an abrasion on her eye?

Polysporin is great for eyes. We use it on ourselves and pets. Works on infections like pink eye and scratches. You can get it at Walmart. Just put it near or on the eye. If the eye is closed that is ok some will get in.
