Hello all,
I've done some reading and see a lot of people had ducklings hatch with their legs out behind them, or the foot just needing some help spreading correctly. I haven't seen anybody with a duckling with their leg like this. I will be adding vitamins to the water for sure, but what can I do with this one? It just hatched today so I'm hoping it will loosen up some on its own, but I'm doubting that will be the case. The leg is bent with the foot at the wing like it's over extended itself. The other doesn't seem super strong either. Hoping it's something that can be fixed and not culled.
Sorry for the crappy picture, my daughter took the pic with her phone and it doesn't have the best camera.
