Hello anybody.
I bought 10 Peking ducklings four days ago. I have a duckling with a lesion on top of its bill. On day one there was something like a hematoma at this spot and every now and the some other duckling would peck at it.
Below you can see what it looks like now. Does anybody have experience with this? What is it? How serious is it and does anyone know any treatment? BTW it is eating and drinking, but is a little smaller than the others. Poor thing.
Thank you so much for any help. BrigittView attachment 1166247
I would like to update this thread and show how the duckling's bill healed completely by a few applications of neosporin cream. This picture was taken on day 12, eight days after the first picture. I'm glad all went well.View attachment 1176264
