Ducklings and overhead predators

If my ducklings (3 weeks) are out during the daytime in an electric fence enclosure, are they at risk being taken by overhead birds etc? Please help! As they are making such a mess in their tiny caged/pen area and they would love to have more room to roam. They would be Locked up before dusk. Thank you for your help...
 
It's possible. I don't know how bad they are where you live, but I worry about it too. We have so many hawks flying around where I live. Do your ducks have anywhere to go for cover? Trees or anything? My ducks are very much more observant than my chickens. They even run for cover if a helicopter/plane/balloon flies over. Lol. The chickens don't care one bit, but the ducks aren't taking any chances!
