If the duckling is just born remain calm. Put it in a little bowl on a DRY paper towel and under the light in your brooder so it has a chance to get a good rest. You may find that little leg will be just fine by tomorrow.

Not sure on breed it was a mix batch as ducks run wild on the mans land were he keeps themOh, it is so sweet. What breed? Let it be in the brooder under the light nice and quiet and give it some time to get stronger. I can see it's still wet. Mine are often messed up when they first hatch. It's just had a pretty hard time with all that hatching so lets just wait it out. Then we'll see what happens.
