Ducklings drooling & sneezing

Just when I thought everything was going so well . Took my 2 guys out to clean the brooder and when I picked them up they were both drooling clear water. They sneezed a few times too (clear). I have a ton of antibiotics and stuff so if anyone can advise what to give that would be great. Thanks all!

How are your ducklings today ? Sometimes if picked up right after drinking/eating they will drool water.

They're okay. I haven't seen anymore drool or discharge so I think it was just from me picking them up. I did give some electrolytes in their water though just in case.
