Ducklings hatching this AM, quick question

Morning Duck Fans!
So I have little ones hatching this am. One out, two cracking.
How strict is lockdown? I want to candle the ones that are not rocking or cracking.
Can I do this safely? Temp 99.5, 50% humidity, the duckling
Was due sat., yesterday and the others were due friday.
any help is appreciated!

I've not had any trouble opening the incubator to do what I needed to do. Just do it very quickly and not too often. In your case I would allow the hatched one to dry off, and the other two to hatch before checking on the eggs.

You might want to mist the eggs with warm water to get the humidity up.
