Ducklings hurting each other

Why do my ducklings bite each other? At first, it was only one duckling biting the other duckings foot and pulling on it like she was trying to hurt her. Then the other duckling started doing similar things. Every once in a while one of them will bite the other in the eye and the other will squeal.

I just got them Wednesday. They are most likely a week or so old. They do this even outside of the brooder.

Make sure they are not too hot or too cold. Thats usually when i see ducklings start picking on each other.
i also hang a feather duster in with mine. They love sleeping under it and nibbling on it. Keeps them occupied. And prevents them from picking on each other.
also instead of grit i always get a bowl of loose dirt from our yard. They love nibbling on it. And its good to help them with digesting food.
And keeps them busy.
