Ducklings in incubator after hatch

I have 3 out of 4 eggs that have hatched, the 4th has sadly died in the shell, the last one hatched about an hour ago....my question is, do i now need to removed all water from the incubator to allow them to dry off properly?

Welcome to byc. Glad you could join us. I've never removed the water. They'll dry fine.

You don't need to remove water, they will dry fine
Then when are fluffy and adorable (they already are) you can but them in their brooder
