Ducklings panting? Help!

Can anyone tell me how to help our week old ducklings? They seem to be panting. They have water they can dunk their heads in so I’m not sure what I need to do to help them. Maybe a bath would help so they could swim and cool down?

To me they look to warm
How big is the brooder ? How hot is the temp in the room they are in ?
When they pent like that it’s usually they are to hot. Try turning the heat lamp down or moving it up
The temp in the room may also be to warm so they really can’t get away from the heat.

How old are they 1 week? temp should be around 80 just get it there and see how they act. then reduce by 5* each week until their brooder is same temp as room temp. Giving them a larger brooder will help too.
