Ducklings with bald patches around eyes?

Hello all,

I have 3 Indian Runner ducklings and they have small balding spots/patches around their eyes? I checked them over and there are no mites. I have just switched them over to a larger watering bowl so that they can dunk their heads completely in as previously they weren't able to. I will try to add some pictures later. Any clue what's going on? No other symptoms and everyone seems healthy otherwise.

It's probally just caused by the fact that they couldn't properly wash their faces in the waterer. As long as the skin isn't sore, they should be fine.

Thanks! After a quick search, I couldn't find any info on it. Hoping it clears up now that they have a proper water source.
