My ducklings will be ordered tomorrow by the local feed store and be in on Friday! So im thinking i will think about St. Patrickss day names since they are coming on St. Patricks day! They will be Welsh Harlequins and i will post pics as soon as they arrive! I am so excited! I have all the brooder supplies ready, i will be buying the feed on Friday when i get them, And i found nutritional yeast! I also will be using a cookie sheet with a cooling rack to try and minimize the mess with the food and water. Thanks to everyone that also helped with all the threads i posted!

Great plan!! I like using a plastic milk container with small holes on the side for ducklings and goslings. Keeps them from walking in dishes. Also recommend picking up a bag of pine shavings. Remember, don't use newspaper on the bottom of their pen. Good luck! I'm also expecting ducklings soon!

I actually am already going to use the milk jug, i have a rubbermaid container for the week. I will be using puppy pads for the first few days, someone reccomended that. And i have pine shavings that i use for my chickens, i will be using those for them. Please post pictures of yours when they arrive!

Expecting 8 to hatch next week, 3 to hatch the beginning of April, and the two bigger eggs are goose eggs!

I used the plastic milk containers last year but my ducklings kept getting inside and going for a swim. So I will have to figure out something else this year for my ducklings

You can make something like this and depending on how many ducklings you'll have make multiple.
