Ok,so today I was trying to hug Olivia when the nastiest smell came from her body,so..
Can I bathe her with dish soap?
no do not use soap, it is not good for them and will remove natural oils- if its a strong smell this could be a deeper issue, so leave her be for now- hopefully someone more experienced can advise. Ducklings should only ever be in water a few inches deep which is nice and warm, but not hot. Always supervised. Then they need drying gently after with a little towel/paper towels. Some people don't let them paddle/swim at all until they are a little older. This is because they are not waterproof yet, they have no protection from the cold and can become chilled.

I’ve seen people not advise to use soap on ducks and I don’t think I should either, the reason for the smell is their water probably because they have GOT to drink their swimming pool water and dirty it and swim in it without fpdrinking from their drinker.
I’d just leave her. Animals just smell weird, and dish soap removes any protective oil coatings on their feathers. I don’t have ducks, but I’ve had to bathe my chickens before with dish soap and it messes up their feathers for a while.
I don’t think chickens are that dirty and they don’t have the nasty sort of smell ducks do but I suppose I’d better just leave them and only bathe them cleanly once a week without soap.

how often do you change their water? If the water is getting dirty and smelly, it may need changing more often

I don’t change the water myself. The servant does, the problem is you need 8 bucket full of water to fill it and it’s like you have to carry it from the far away water tap to the pool since no water hose reaches that place so since it’s so tiring she does not change it often and they’ve already made it so gross 🤢 that I wouldn’t dare go in there or move the netted area to another place because they’re still too small to roam around.

I know it's not easy keeping the pool clean for ducks they can mess them up super fast. But if you let the pool water go too long it will become infested with bacteria that will hurt your ducks if they drink it. Which of course they will they all do.
Since you have a servant why not make their job easier by buying a hose long enough to reach from where the water source is to the pool. I have to use 2- 50' hoses to get to my one pool for the ducks it's much easier than having to carry buckets of water.

All the hose lines are full, because most of them are used for the car washing and garden watering,so the only option is to carry water buckets.
