Duckponics

Hi - I've previously posted here about duckponics and got some great advice. I started a FB page called "Aquackulture" which is a community page though mostly me posting. A number of people have come to it interested in setting up their own duckponics system. From previous discussions there is more than one way to do this and it depends on a number of factors eg what you want to produce (duck weed or food for yourself) and scale + technology. So my own system may not suit everyone and I hope I can get more people involved.

Anyway if you are interested in duckponics please find Aquackulture (note the "k", geddit?) on FB and join in. (This is not and will never be a commercial site)

Duckponics and Aquackulture are so amazingly cool. I think the people who do this are such creative, out of the box thinkers. The learning curve of this all seems so impossibly steep. I get so intimidated, PH, bio filters, pumps, tubes, ammonia, lightning rods and white lab coats. My head spins. This would be worth getting on facebook for, and I've held out so long.....
