I don't heat ducks after 2 weeks.

That's great you can do that. But doesn't always work with everyone's ducklings. That is why we observe and can tell if they are cold or not.

Yeah, I think that we've decided to take them away from the heat. They're almost too big for what we have them in right now anyway, so we're going to move them somewhere they can stretch their wings a bit better! Just wasn't sure if I needed to get a heat lamp to take with them.

Don't quote me on this, but it looks like the grey with a white collar could be a runner, or runner breed. Here in Maryland our TSC doesn't advertise straight Runners. But we have gotten one mixed in before. The neck is slender enough, maybe. He's still young tho so I could be wrong. If he's taller and more streamlined than the rest you have a runner duck on your hands.
