Ducks and Koi pond

My ducks have just discovered my koi pond. Will it harm my fish. All of my koi are large

I don't think that it would be an issue. Just make sure that the pond gets cleaned really well on a regular basis, since the ducks will poop in it.

How big is your pond and how many ducks do you have?

I would put a fence around the pond......Ducks will still bite at the fish, poop a lot and will having your nice koi pond area looking terrible in a few days......

Koi are curious so they'll probably investigate. That being said I've never had ducks bother my koi. Even a mama with babies did ok. They will muck up the water though.

Our 3 ducks just found one of our Koi ponds recently as well...video attached

They just make us smile all the time

They did not harm my Koi BUT they did ruin many of my pricey plants, so i fenced it down later this year... they also stir up the pond something fierce.
