I hear you on that one, I ALWAYS have a bucket of horse feed and a halter and lead rope in the truck, you never know whos going to come knocking on your door at all hours to say your Hourse is out and hes way down by the bridge...Its never my horse I end up going to catch, good job we have good neighbours on the street, they just need to figure out whos horse belongs to who
Now I am surprised no one hasn't posted a picture of a duck smiling showing all it's teeth.. did you ask if they know where they all came from, I would love to help round them up
I would guess that someone living by the lake put them there at some point. I've never seen so many calls in the wild. They were super duper friendly too. Coming up and gently nibbling at my hands when I put them out. I'm packing up some duck feed to keep in the car. And I'm looking forward to my daughter getting braces since it means I'll get to see these guys on a regular basis!

It looks like a group of Pond ducks like I used to sell. BTW not all small ducks are Calls, Calls are supposed to have some bred in deformities that cause them to look like rubber ducky toys more than they look like real ducks when only shape is considered. It looks like most are bantans but of course the muscovies are heavy ducks
