The coop actually has three rooms that all go out to a shared yard. The right and left rooms are 10'x6', the middle room is about 10'x10'.

If I were to put ducks in one room, chickens in another, and turkeys in the last and let them all share the same yard, would they manage to be healthy? I read several warnings about not putting them together, but if they have separate coops does that actually count as 'together?'?

I have had all three together without any problems. Blackhead can get the turkeys mixed with chickens and ducks are messy and need a water source which can lead to high cocci levels. My barn is also sectioned into three pens, two with access to the single run. Right now I have my laying hens and meat turkeys all together with 24 hour access to the run.

Next season I hope to do a limited "barnyard mix" like the one you are asking about. With proper care, and assuming blackhead isn't present in the soil, it will work fine.
