Ducks don't go to our pond

The embankment looks a little steep in some spots could that be a problem? Know it is when we build a ramp for pools.

I was thinking this might be a problem as well. The pond is obnoxiously full and varies in steepness getting down. They have to walk a bit to get to the less steep side. Gosh they're so lazy. But I'm going to attempt a ramp perhaps with a trail of treats. And me paddling in a duck costume waiting for them

I live at the lake and the first time I took my ducks to the water they were very suspicious about getting in. It took a few times of just sitting at the water with them for them to be confident about it. The last time I took them down there, I threw some mealworms in there for them, and that did the trick!

I adore their sideways glances at just about everything! My husband was just saying we should throw some treats in to see if they follow those. Thank you!
