Ducks eating other ducks feather

So i have 9 muscovys, and 2 of them started eating their friends feathers. Now im keeping them separate from the others. But i feel sorry for them and sometimes and i let one of them out of the cage so that they can roam free for a while until i let the others outside of their pen. Anyone know how can i stop them from eating feathers so that they can get back to their friends?

Currently the ducks are housed with the chicken.(The ones with the closed door). They are not fully feathered yet

Occasionally some greens and fruits. Most of the time just poultry feeds

Could you clarify the poultry feed part?

What protein percent is the feed, is it pellet/crumble feed, the brand (?) or do you consider "poultry feed" whole grains?

The protein is 16%. I think its crumble feed. I use local brand feed. Im bad with some terms since im living in Malaysia and still new with poultry

I would try to increase the protein percent to 18-20% and see if there any improvements.
