Ducks fighting

Hi ,I hav 5 ducks 1 male and 4 female .I hav had them 4 5yrs now ,my problem is my older female is beating up on1 of the younger 1s,and the male is beating up on the older 1 when she attacks the younger 1 he is making her bleed.I would like 2 kno if any1 out there knos what this is happening after 5 yrs of them being 2gether.
