Ducks fighting

I have experienced this with drakes before... brothers. Best friends. Until they weren't. Even pastured with acres of space, they fought constantly. Their behavior right now is similar to what it will be like when spring hits, but by then it will be much worse. They will fight constantly and get very "rapey", for lack of a better term. They will tear each other apart. It's sad, but if there are no gals around, they will take it out on each other. I'm sure that the current problem is caused by the space confinements, but it's a good indicator of what is coming.
It is truly awful to watch. Your best bet is to rehome all but one and get some girls for him. Not sure if you like duck, but they sure are tasty as well ;)

Hens QUACK loud and Drakes are raspy...Three have the curly tails so are Drakes...If picking on the one it's possibly a Hen?...Pick Her up and walk away?..She should Quack loud...
They are all picking on each other but the one has gotten it worse than the others. I have noticed sometimes one of the ducks just stands back and tries not to get into the fight

It’s so sad. We’ve brought them home as ducklings.
I hear ya, same. Raised them and everything. They just loved each other. We got a trio (ended up with one girl and two boys). They turned on her first. She was moved in with the main larger group of gals and we kept the boys separated. Howard and John Redcorn lived happily with a couple Kune Kune lady pigs for the better part of year. They really liked the pigs. Would sleep on top of them and such. Then spring came and they just lost their minds. Wouldn't eat, just fought constantly. It was really awful. So, they met their ends. Sad, but at least we gave them quick deaths.

Can you get a flock raiser feed from your feed store and mix in with the corn? I thought I saw 4 drakes in one of the group pics. Would be very hard to keep them in a small enclosure like that. We put our 9 in our coop after we had some coyotes and 2 go missing, they hated it. They complained but we only keep them there a few days. It’s hard when you have predators. It’s a tough balancing act to keep them happy and alive at the same time. :)
