My 3 month old Pekins have begun to mate! Except...what I thought was the drake is the one being mated upon. If this is indeed the case, I have one hen and two drakes.
I thought I had two hens and a drake. The "drake" had the mature voice and matured faster. The other two have the raspy hen voice and are the most vocal. What I thought was a "he" behaves like a drake as well. "He" is also the main recipient of King Moe's harassment. It seems that since Lightning (he) has started being mated on, Moe has mostly list interest.
They've all had their 2nd molt. When should I see the tail feather curl?
