Ducks not laying!

Here is a picture of a nest box I set up on the floor never had a duck use them before. I’ve had a b Muscovy female fly up an use a chicken nest box but now this is one of the most popular nest boxes for chickens an the Runners an Buffs so similar to yours. My Muscovy drake so proud of those eggs. I’m surprised he wasn’t handing out cigars

He is very pretty, he sort of glows green.

From what I remember you haven't had her very long. Maybe she just got done with a molt or was taking a break from laying. She's very very pretty! She'll probably start up soon.
We have found quite a few feathers dotted around the garden but she doesn't look like she's mooting. She also is half runner. Is your half runner laying?

I don't have a half runner but mine are laying. I'm not getting 8 eggs a day but an average of 5. I do have a few that are molting though so I don't expect them all to be lay every day. They didn't stop laying last year at all. I really kinda want them to take a break.

My female and sometimes male duck recently have been twitching their wings non stop against themselves. Why is this?
