It sounds like they are unwilling/unable to build a separate area for one gender. They could have the girls indoors at night permanently. Then just let them out in a seperate area during the day?

I agree.Get rid of the drakes, get rid of the duck, permanently separate them = they will injure/kill/drown her if you do nothing.
7s not enough girls for all 4 boys, and not all ducks do “bonded pairs” well - sometimes it happens naturally and they get on great but one boy could still terrorize the crap out of only one girl if it’s aggressive. You need to de-duck!!!! keep one male one female or buy 7 females . What I would do is eat the extra males and in the spring you might get a clutch of eggs . If you have to many males they will chase the female off the nest when she is trying to sit!Not good! You could place an ad on craigs list some folks buy them for meat If you don't want to butcher .
Well done!I decided to bring my girl in my house and the boys all stay outside together. I will get the girl a friend in the spring.
